– Reservations must be done 8 days in advance. 50% of the total amount must be paid at time of reservation. The other 50% is due the day of the picnic.
– No reimbursements allowed but we can always reschedule. If weather is bad or a personal matter occurs, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you to another date. Rescheduling of your picnic must be done 36 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. Rescheduling date is subject to availability.
– We can set the event in your backyard, house or a park* of your choice.

* if the event is in a Park you must know the specific conditions they have ( Beverages, noise policies, glass restriction, fire and other rules each park has).*Price subject to change if done at a park or beach.
